In June 2017 one of the hottest month my A/C unit went out that night and it was hot!!.I call several A/C company and all I was hearing how much it was going to cost and I have to wait a week or two before they could repair or replace my unit. We are a family of four with two small house dogs I call D&D Climate Control and talk to Dale and he came to my house on a Saturday morning with three portable a/c units for each of my bed rooms because it will take several day's before he could replace my a/c unit "who does that? Thanks Dale" I also like to say after D&D climate control replace my old a/c unit with a new American Standard unit my electric bill went down from a $150.00 a month to $90.00 a month a saving of $60.00. I created this account just to share the positive experience I had with D&D Climate control. I am not the type to take time to write reviews but the exceptional service and effort to help me out of a bad situation had to be shared. Dale is a honest and credible professional and I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs. After getting a insane price quote from another company that was trying to price gouge due to my lack of knowledge about HVAC, I was referred to Dale by a friend. Dale came to my house after hours to help me when my air conditioner stopped working on a 100 degree day. He was able to locate a leak in my condenser coil and took the time to show me where the issue stemmed from. He took it upon himself and contacted the manufacturer to check on the warranty and save me money. Dale went above and beyond when he refilled my Freon to make my house bearable until the parts arrived. I truly appreciate D&D climate control and would recommend them to everyone.
